Consultation services are provided by Hemant Kumar Sharma through his proprietorship, Blessed Venture. Receipts and invoices are issued by Blessed Venture.

Consultation options and fees
Base consultation fees attract 18% GST. The displayed totals already include GST. No additional payment gateway fee is charged to you.
Free Initial Consultation: 15 minutes. Free - no consultation fee. Thursday, 3:00-5:00 PM IST. Initial discussion to understand your requirement and identify the appropriate next step.
Tuesday Fixed-Day Consultation: 30 minutes. ₹1,000 + ₹180 GST = ₹1,180 total. Tuesday, 12:00-2:00 PM IST. Focused guidance on one clearly defined marketing or business concern.
Saturday Fixed-Day Consultation: 30 minutes. ₹1,500 + ₹270 GST = ₹1,770 total. Saturday, 4:00-6:00 PM IST. Focused guidance on one clearly defined marketing or business concern.
Standard Online Strategic Consultation: 1 hour. ₹3,000 + ₹540 GST = ₹3,540 total. By prior appointment; all times confirmed in IST. Strategic diagnosis and direction for connected business and marketing decisions.
Extended Online Strategic Consultation: 2 hours. ₹5,000 + ₹900 GST = ₹5,900 total. By prior appointment; all times confirmed in IST. For troubleshooting and detailed strategy development requiring a longer discussion.
In-Person Strategic Consultation: 2 hours. ₹10,000 + ₹1,800 GST = ₹11,800 total. By prior appointment; location and time confirmed in advance. In-person strategic discussion for business owners and decision-makers.
Availability and booking confirmation
Fixed-day sessions retain their published IST windows: Tuesday 12:00-2:00 PM, Thursday 3:00-5:00 PM and Saturday 4:00-6:00 PM. The individual appointment duration depends on the option selected.
Normally scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Sunday, subject to availability. Please book at least one week in advance. Requests for other days or shorter notice may be considered, subject to confirmation.
Flexible appointments are usually arranged between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST, depending on the agenda, availability and mutual coordination. The exact start and end time are confirmed individually.
For paid sessions, full advance payment is required before a slot can be reserved. First agree availability and the consultation format, then pay the displayed total. A receipt is shared upon confirmation. Payment or an availability request alone does not confirm an appointment. Free sessions require no payment and remain subject to booking confirmation.
If you pay before agreeing a slot, contact us with the transaction reference so availability and booking status can be reconciled. If no mutually agreed appointment can be provided, we refund the full amount received, including GST. Do not make a second payment while the first is being checked.
Preparation and session scope
Before the appointment, share your website, current marketing activity, the decision you need to make and relevant material you are authorised to share. Avoid sending passwords or payment-card information. Recommendations use the information available and the purchased session duration.
Consultation provides advice and direction. Campaign management, implementation, content production, ongoing support and comprehensive technical or competitor audits require a separate agreed scope. No ranking, revenue, lead volume or return on advertising spend is guaranteed. Google and other platform names identify consultation topics and service providers; they do not imply endorsement or an authorised partnership.
The free 15-minute session covers initial context and suitability. Fixed-day 30-minute sessions address one defined concern. Standard covers connected strategic decisions in one hour. Extended provides two hours for troubleshooting and detailed strategy development. In-person consultation lasts two hours at the agreed location.
PDF Strategy Map and written output
Both the 1-hour Standard and 2-hour Extended Online Strategic Consultations include a PDF Strategy Map, delivered within 48 hours after the consultation. It summarises the issues discussed, priorities, recommendations and next steps within the session scope.
Share relevant preparation material before the session. The delivery clock begins after the consultation; we do not restart it silently when extra material is supplied. Additional analysis beyond the purchased scope is agreed separately. A comprehensive audit, private competitor data or a detailed quarterly execution plan is not automatically included.
Free introductory and fixed-day sessions do not include the Option 3 PDF Strategy Map. In-person output follows the meeting scope agreed before payment.
Option 3 fee adjustment
For Option 3 only: if you start a retainer or agency engagement within 30 days after your consultation, the consultation fee excluding GST is fully adjusted against Month 3 of that engagement. This is a service-fee credit, not a cash refund. The adjustment is recorded in the engagement terms.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Customer cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable once the session is confirmed. The rescheduling option below remains available when its conditions are met. If we cancel and cannot provide an agreed replacement, we refund the full amount paid, including GST. Verified duplicate payments are refunded. For debited-but-failed payments, we trace the transaction with the payment provider and refund any amount received for a failed booking; a bank or provider reversal may apply where funds did not reach us.
You may reschedule once by informing us at least 6 hours before the confirmed session. Choose a new session date within 10 days of the original appointment, at a mutually agreed time. Multiple rescheduling requests may require a new booking.
If you expect to be late or cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible. The confirmed session window remains the agreed appointment unless we mutually confirm a change. Refund requests are checked against the cancellation/refund policy and the actual payment status.
Confidentiality and recording
Business material shared for consultation remains private. We use it to prepare for and deliver the session and agreed output, and to administer the booking, invoice and any support request. Necessary service providers and lawful record obligations are explained in the privacy policy.
Recording requires agreement before recording begins. Publication of any recording, client identity, testimonial or confidential material requires separate permission. Existing approved anonymous feedback retains its stated permission and attribution.
