Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for contact details, business context and the support you need. This information is used to review and respond to your request, arrange the appropriate service and handle the resulting consultation relationship. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or confidential account access through the enquiry form.
Forms, appointments and payments
The Contact page embeds a Zoho form and availability links open Zoho Bookings. The Book / Payment page displays a Razorpay-powered UPI QR supplied by the provider. Your UPI app, bank and payment processor handle payment information. These providers process the information you enter under their applicable notices and terms. This website does not collect card details or UPI PINs. The form may offer to save your progress in your browser; that is a separate choice within Zoho.
Website analytics and optional advertising measurement
Google Analytics 4 loads automatically when you visit this website, without requiring a banner acceptance. It uses analytics cookies and device/browser information to measure visits and traffic sources. Visits carrying an OpenAI ad click reference may be classified as ChatGPT paid traffic when no explicit campaign tags are present; the raw click reference is not sent to Google Analytics by this code. You can turn website analytics off using Cookie Choices in the footer; a saved opt-out is respected on later visits. It is used to understand page visits and actions such as opening an appointment or payment-instructions link, downloading the payment QR, or using a telephone or WhatsApp link. If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads also records booking and contact link clicks as interest in consultation. These are observation actions, not completed enquiries, payments or confirmed bookings. Form answers, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent by this website’s click-measurement code. Advertising measurement follows your separate choice; personalised advertising is not enabled by this website code.
Your cookie choices
Website analytics starts automatically unless you have saved an opt-out. Advertising measurement remains off until you allow it. You can change either setting using Cookie Choices in the footer. Your selection is stored in this browser for six months. Essential browser storage remembers that preference. Disabling measurement does not prevent you from reading the website, contacting Hemant or opening the booking and payment services. Changes apply to future measurement; data already received by a provider is subject to that provider’s controls.
Chat and other providers
Live chat is available through Tawk.to when you choose to open it. WhatsApp, email, booking, form and payment services operate outside this website and have their own privacy settings. Hosting systems may process technical request logs to operate and protect the service.
Requests about your information
Contact hello@hemantkumarsharma.in with a request to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or to ask how it is being used. Include enough context to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Enquiry and consultation material is retained for as long as needed to respond, deliver the agreed service and resolve related requests. Invoice and payment records may need to be retained for applicable business and legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests are assessed against these service and record-keeping purposes.
